Position

Hill Learning Center is seeking a full-time Lower School teacher (capable of teaching students in grades 1-6) to begin in the 2024-25 school year. Applicants should possess a strong foundation in multi-sensory programs and strategies and an eagerness to differentiate learning to help students reach their full potential. Hill Learning Center provides the ideal teaching and learning environment through a 4:1 student to teacher ratio, 1:1 technology, a robust coaching and mentoring program, ample planning and collaborative planning time, and a personalized approach to professional growth. In addition, full-time faculty teach five of the six sections throughout the day and are granted up to two hours of daily instructional planning time. Ideal candidates must possess the following attributes: passionate about teaching, compassionate, highly organized, flexible, growth mindset and a teacher-leader.

Preference will be given to candidates with a Master's degree in learning disabilities and/or certification in learning disabilities. Experience/training with Hill programs is ideal, but not required.
